With extensive experience in the preparation of thorough, accurate, and well presented Statement of Environmental Effects (SEE) documents, Christopher // Lloyd Consultant Planners provide dependable SEE's that achieve results for our clients. 

We assemble the required documentation and can manage the lodgement of the application to the NSW Planning Portal, taking the hassle out of the process for you, our client.

We also manage Council requests for additional information should they arise, and actively follow up applications to expedite the assessment process.
