Who We Are

Christopher // Lloyd Consultant Planners is a boutique Town Planning office based on the NSW Central Coast. We are Town Planning consultants that work with Architects // Developers // Owners to maximise design opportunities and gain approvals for residential and commercial projects.

We firmly believe that good design is facilitated through good planning.

With a decade of experience across Local and State Government planning teams, our lead planner Christopher Ross knows how to connect your design to site in a manner that facilitates approvals.

Until early 2021 Christopher worked as a Senior Development Planner within Central Coast Council, and was responsible for the assessments of high value and contentious developments on behalf of CCC and for consideration by elected Council, Local and Regional Planning Panels.

He has previously worked within the planning assessment teams at North Sydney Council and Canterbury Bankstown Council, as well as a stint within the Major Projects Assessment team of the NSW Department of Planning.

Christopher holds a Bachelor of Design (Architecture) from University of Newcastle and a Master of Planning from University of New South Wales, and is a full member of the Planning Institute of Australia.
